By accessing, registering for, or using any part of the bx99 platform — including the website, mobile app, and all related services — you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

Bx99 supports a variety of deposit and withdrawal methods including local bank transfers and approved e-wallets. All financial transactions are subject to the following conditions:

• Minimum and maximum deposit limits are as stated in the Finance section of your account and may vary depending on the payment method selected.
• All deposited funds must be from a legitimate source and belong to you personally. bx99 does not accept deposits from third-party credit cards or unverifiable sources.

• Processing delays caused by third parties such as banks or e-wallet providers.

Bx99 strives to keep the platform operating 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, but does not guarantee uninterrupted availability under all circumstances.

Bx99 reserves the right to suspend or close any member's account without prior notice if:

• A member is found to have violated any part of these Terms and Conditions.
• There is suspicious activity detected, including indicators of fraud, money laundering, or promotion abuse.
• Information provided during registration is found to be inaccurate or false.
• Multiple accounts detected for the same individual.

If an account is closed due to a violation, any bonus balance that has not met the rollover requirements will be forfeited. Any valid real cash balance (non-bonus) will be processed for withdrawal once the investigation is concluded.
